2012 ALREADY??!!! and Feb is almost over.. phew.

Lots has happened! Ok well mostly after I started my job at the Cancer Clinic I found out I was pregnant, what a life changer. We took 5-6 pregnancy tests just to make sure. haha. So after a long LONG 9-10 months we finally had a baby boy, Harrison Jay Full. Brian picked out his name, and I picked the middle name. I guess Brian has always liked the name Harrison and is an avid Indiana Jones fan. Jay was my dad's name and all the siblings in my family have used his name in their kids names. Its kind of tradition and a nice way to honor our dad. He died when he was 47 and he is still loved and missed 12 or so years later. So I think this little boy Harrison has a lot of potential! We sure love him. It took me a little bit to adjust to having a new baby. At first I was really waiting for his parents to come and get him, it seemed like a long babysitting stint. I even referred to myself as Aunt Connie a few times. I have been an Aunty for so long, I wasn't completely sure I was the real mom of this child even though he did grow in my belly that whole time. But the more time we have together the more we bond and I just love him so much!!! He has started smiling, and cooing a bit. He is a joy and has changed our lives forever. Mom came for a week after Harrison came and that was really nice. We just had a mini family get together in Utah last weekend for my cousin Kourtney's wedding. It was nice to see everyone and introduce them to Harrison. Only missing my brother Joe and his family :( Hopefully we will see them soon. I have to go back to work at the end of this month and I am NOT looking forward to it. We are running out of money though ugh so I guess I better get back in the saddle! It has been so nice to have time off. I took a few weeks extra. I felt like I spent most of my maternity leave recovering from the c-section and just this last week or two have felt more like myself and finally have some energy! Brian has finally recovered from my pregnancy too. I think he got tired of his wifey being pregnant and disasterized too.

Hired!

So I went from Zero to Hero last week. I started a new eyelash extension business, and I got a job! We will be moving back to Las Vegas, and I will be a cancer nurse! They said I would start at the "infusion suite" hhhmmm how sweet can getting an infusion of chemotherapy be? Not sure but definitely sweeter with me doing it! I also got to go visit my sister in WY last week. So fun! Here is a pic of the eyelashes I did on this chick whom replied to an ad I had on Craigslist.

Anyways, life is good, life goes on. We are so sad to leave my brother's house! I had a great 2 whole years with them and will never forget everyone's help and kindness while I went to Nursing School! YAY for starting a new chapter in our lives!

YAY!

Passed that freakin NCLEX. Miracle of miracles! I was waiting not so patiently for my results when one of my classmates texted me "congrats nurse connie" I told her I didnt have my confirmation yet not to get too excited and she said she had looked my license up on the state website, and it said I was a Registered Nurse! So miracles really do happen, and prayers really do get answered!!!!

Nclex Day.

Where are my results? Where's the stuff?!!! I have to wait till Friday for my NCLEX results. KILL ME NOW! I did this unofficial trick thing where you go to the website and try to register again and if it lets you, supposedly you failed. BUT if it pops up with a little sign that says you can't register again, you passed. I of course tried it out and got the pop up... but I don't want to get too excited... like in case its a tragedy in the making. But I really want to get excited and just be an RN already. Here's to either celebrating Friday... or looking forward to a month and a half of studying for the retake!

Educated: GRADUATED!!!

Me and my siblings at Graduation! I am so thankful to have an awesome, supportive family! I can't believe they all came!!!! SO GREATFUL!
me and the bopper doo! So Clark, and my nephew Clayton kept hugging me after the graduation and saying "You WON, Aunt Connie, you WON!!!" SO stinkin cute. I'll have to steal the pics from Rosie's camera that Joe took of me and Clayton. :)
Chad, Etta, me, and Brian. I could not have even gone to school without these people in my life! Chad and Etta let me stay with them while I was going to school. Then I got married and they let my husband move in too until school was done. THANKS GUYS!!! We have gotten so close over the last two years, I am so thankful for that!!
I appreciate this "girl" photo. Mostly because I look superimposed in the back! So glad everyone could come. Mom has totally supported me in everything I do, I am so greatful for her and Grams and Carene! Mom and Grandma and Joe came (and little Clayton too) together from the Lovell area, and Carene flew in from Gillette. So nice to have the people here who love and support me the most!
Me and Brian before graduation... Can't believe he put up with me through all this crazy stressfull time. Love him. I think we make a pretty good looking couple :)

First BlogPost of 2011!!!!

Can't believe this time has finally come!!! Last year was a crazy year for us! But guess what???? I am graduating in ONE WEEK!!! Holy crap I remember at this time last year I was counting the days till I was done with school. And then we got married in between all of it! The holidays were excellent this year, it was our first year with the Fulls for Christmas. I missed my family SO much, Brian was super happy to be with his family. Our families are TOTALLY different! My family=crazytown, lots of kids, lots of activity and stuff to do. Brian's family= chilltown, no kids, not a lot going on. I love my inlaws they are super sweet to me, and you really can't beat that for inlaws! It was fun and we trade off holidays so next year we will have Thanksgiving with the Fulls and Christmas with the Emmetts :)
